Nitrous Oxide Plant
Nitrous Oxide Plant
We are the leading & renowned manufacturer Nitrous Oxide Gas Plants. Nitrous Oxide Gas Plants are used for producing nitrous oxide gas which has a wide application in the medical field. The Nitrous Oxide Plant meticulously separates the nitrogen gas from impurities.
The gas has been accepted as a standard anesthetic agent for varied medical operations. Our Nitrous Oxide plant are quite safe and economical, since, the generation system configured in our plant reduces the consumption of power, thereby, adding to safety. Safe & secure separation of nitrogen is ensured at our plant. We try to meet the set industrial standards while manufacturing Nitrous Oxide. They are always stored in liquid form which can be directly filled into the cylinders. Uses of Nitrous Oxide Gas: Nitrous oxide is chiefly applied for anesthetic purposes. They are applied mainly for:
Nitrous
oxide gas is produced when ammonium nitrate is heated at a high
temperature in a melter. Thereafter, the molten ammonium nitrate gets
transferred into a combustion pot whereby it is decomposed as per the
reaction:NH4NO3 --------- N2O + 2H2O Proper care must be taken during the reaction process since it might produce different gases if the temperature goes beyond a certain point. Our Nitrous Oxide Plant meets the European purity standard to yield the specific nitrous oxide gas. Here, we make sure that the gases are devoid of acidic, basic and other impurities by washing them in Caustic Soda, Acid and other chemical solutions. Primary scrubber is used for condensing the steam generated during the process while ammonium nitrate's moisture & traces are separated in the mist separator. Gas balloons are used for storing gas having nitrogen. Compression, drying, refrigeration & storage in high pressure storage vessels of this specific gas follows the task. Weight is used to draw the liquid N2O. After the refrigeration procedure, the gas is stored and later analyzed in the laboratory from each batch. The main motive behind all this is to simply ensure the proper recording of the final product's quality. |
