The journey for today's S.S. Foundry Chemical Industry Pvt. Ltd. dates back to 1923. Rawalpindi was the chosen destination for the laying of the actual foundation of the now accomplished gas plant where the procedure of producing CO₂ gas started. Since then, the industry's success has manifolded. The company in its initial days was the only of its kind in the entire north-west region of India. CO₂ was basically a bye-product plant which gave us the idea of extracting the gas without posing any danger to the environment.

Gas labs Asia is actually the subsidiary of the parent company whose sole aim is to project CO₂ business in the limelight, since S.S. Foundry Chemical Industries was highly chemical industry centric. The first fully imported German Plant in the early 20th century triggered the actual growth of our industry. We have gradually climbed steps by graduating from making CO₂ to designing CO₂ Recovery and Production Plants with mastering the art of Liquidification, Solidification, Storage, Transport, Delivery and Injection-infusion Systems. Since then, the company has never looked back. Incorporation of Asian specific technologies have always topped remained our top priority.

Infrastructure SS Gas lab is well equipped with the latest production unit & skilled professionals. They our are main assets since they enable us to produce the best quality products. The company even revamps older plants while suggesting necessary preventive measures to rejuvenate the plants.

The Leader The man behind the success story of Gaslabs is the multi talented, Dr. S.S. Aggarwal. After completing his M. Tech from IIT, Bombay & specialization from USSR, he initiated many new industries in India. A well-learned man, Dr. Aggrawal has authored various research papers. The technologist's first CO2 plant was set up at Ranchi, Jharkhand in 1980. The plant gradually switched roles from using wood charcoal to diesel burning to finally fertilizer bye-product. His alliance with Germany's Buse Anlagenbau in 1990, brought home world-class technologies. His dedication towards the chemical field was finally recognized when he was awarded with the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Our Specialization
Gas labs specializes in producing world quality insulated tanks and boxes for CO₂'s solid & liquid storage & transportation. Be it the production of dry ice plants for industrial usage or small gadgets for making dry ice at laboratory levels, be it custom built gas drying systems or refrigeration systems---they are all possible at Gas labs. To top it all, the company assures 99.99% gas purity level.
