Fiber Glass Cooling Tower
SS Foundry Fiber Glass Cooling Towers make use of plastic casing & reinforced glass fibers. Powder or epoxy are used for coating on the metallic part of the tower or they are either galvanized. Dry rot & corrosion problems are well dealt with steel and wooden tower casing.

Air Intake
To withstand strong winds & capture strong winds from omni direction, we have designed our bottles in such a way. This ways, ample flexibility is achieved during their installation at the selected site.

Fan
Minimal consumption of power, operational noise pollution & operating costs are ensured while designing directly driven Axial Fan. This is completely devoid of all sorts of problems arising from belt & gear drives.

Drift Eliminator
The loss due to carry overs are dealt with multi blade rotary drift eliminator specially designed. Thus, the drift loss never exceeds 0.3% to 5%.

Water Basin
We have designed the F.R.P water collection sump in a way to avoid spillage & leakage.

Multiple Arm Rotary Sprinkler
Orifice blockages & water distribution becomes highly efficient & are not easily compromised.

Contact Area & Heat Transfer
The uniform breaking of air & water into varied segments by Honey comb fills makes it possible to provide more contact areas.

Long Life
It has four times more life span than ordinary towers.

Fungus Free
The towers are fungus free since no usage of wood.

Easy Plumbing
Ready connections provided with the Cooling Towers.

Light & Compact
Less occupational space needed due to its' efficient modular design. Weight up to 15-20 kg/RT & floor area 0.5 sq. ft per ton is all that is required.
