Oxide Plant. Safety of different operations is of our prior concern. The

Purity
99.9% purity is assured in order to meet the European and American
Pharmaceutical Standards.
- Recycling Water Makes Consumption Much Less
Acidic water generated from the plant is neutralized, filtered &
is, thus, made suitable to be utilized with an optional effluent
treatment unit configured in our plant. This helps reduce the water
& electrical consumption the installed load is mainly due to
compressor motor, refrigeration compressor and heaters.
- Cylinders Testing Station
Cylinder Testing Station are optional, though used as a tester for
cylinders. Cylinders containing impure nitrous oxide are cleaned by
vacuum pumps specially configured for this task.
- Batch Testing Lab is a Must
A small lab must be set up especially for maintaining the complete
analysis of batch produced in the plant. Only 2 persons along with a
chemist are all that is required to operate per shifts, since, the
plant itself is fully automatic.
- Various Plant Capacities Available
A wide array of Nitrous Oxide Plants having capacities with
15kg/hr, 25kg/hr, 50kg/hr and 100kg/hr are offered by us. Skid
mounting of our plants minimizes the erection time.
- Complete Back Up and Support
Complete installation and after service support are made available
to our clients for our nitrous oxide plant. Our client's personnel
and operators are given special training in plant operation, thus,
making them experts in handling problems. Hassle free operations are
ensured by constant checking of the quality & functioning of our
plant at the client's location.
