CO2 Cylinder Manifold System
CO
2 gas is drawn through our SSFCI CO
2
manifold system at one place. This reduces the risk of CO
2
cylinder's mishandling. This even eliminates the individual cylinder's
transportation to different locations where MIG welding sets/user system
are located. Low pressure gas is supplied through the pipeline which is
possible due to the incorporation of a special system in the CO
2
Cylinder Manifold. This system is properly configured, inter-locked,
safe and promises trouble free service. The liquid form of CO
2
is transported in the cylinder or storage tankers which is later on
evaporated and expanded to lower pressure. It is cooled which ultimately
results in pressure oscillation.
Advantages of SSFCI CO2 Cylinder Manifold:
- No requirement of exterior heater / steam.
- Clean system.
- No requirement of full time operator.
- No possibility of internal freezing.
- Pressure oscillation reduced to nil.
- Obtainment of pure CO2 possible because of the
impurities filtration.
- Uninterrupted supply of CO2 at the change of
cylinders.
- Highly energy, CO2 & time economical.
The gaseous CO
2 is supplied by SSFCI manifold system at
the desired outlet pressure. Installation at up to 4 outlets with 4
different outlet pressures can be met by us requiring minimal time. The
pressure of the gas outflow varies between 1 to 16 bars. Proper care is
taken to handle CO
2 gas in a pure & moisture free state,
thus, meeting the International Manufacturing Code/ASME Standards.
Whenever there is a presence of moisture or oil in the gas, then
additional features such as Dryers and Oil Filters can be configured at
extra cost. An alarm can as well be configured for indicating low
pressure in cylinder.
