Filling Manifold

Cylinder filling manifold is composed of a cluster of 60 filling connections to connect to the gas cylinders. Non-return valves are used in many parts of the filling manifold pipeline. These non-return valves ensure safe operation of the plant. These valves require maintenance at regular intervals. The manifold used for filling high-pressure oxygen cylinders are fitted with high pressure isolation valves and safety relief valves.

The contemporary cylinder filling manifolds are equipped with all necessary safety equipment and gadgets. Most of these manifolds available nowadays are safeguarded with flame arresters that are placed before and after each shut-off valve. The stem reverse flow check valves that are widely used these days in the cylinder filling leads, make it possible to connect cylinders with uneven pressure through the cylinder lead. The various other components that are commonly found in modern cylinder filling manifold include interconnecting pigtails, pressure regulator, vacuum regulator, vent valve, etc.
